Signed all of my loan and deed paperwork with a notary today, and gave the title company the rest of my down payment! The deal is almost done!!
#money is deposited into escrow#papers are all signed and notarized#the notary complimented my credit score#which i take seriously because I'm sure he sees them a LOT#so clooooose#literally all i have left to do it wait for everything to be filed and approved#keys should be given on friday#SR is going to meet me for a tour ☺️ and we'll smoke a nice joint#it feels so unreal#i ordered my first piece of furniture (bed frame) for the new place because there's a good sale on right now#have to schedule all of the fixes#already scheduled the floor refinish#need to figure out my plan for painting some of the rooms#hoping to by supplies for that this weekend#please give me a house#i can't wait to be the friendly neighborhood weird witch
