Closing the ask box just for tonight, I think I'm starting to hyperfixate on something and it's making it really hard to stay caught up- just want to sort it all out before I fall too far behind!

Christopher Columbus: Explorer of the New World - PragerU
Homestuck in the form of Dracula Daily where you receive the first 4100 pages or so on Day 1 and have to read ALL of them and then two years and six months later you get the rest of the story
when fics use versions of characters’ names that those characters almost never use in canon
I have been informed that this drabble I’ve written isn’t actually angsty.
So you know... I’ll be posting it after I’ve given it a quick edit.
Beware though... It isn’t fluff.
@alexandre00q is 100% to blame if any of you think it’s angsty!
Slash is confused as to why Wheeljack keeps getting all these different Alt modes.
Oh I love this talk about Harry puzzle I am four years ago trying to unravel it (course I could never lol) .I am an older woman who finds immensely interesting and with an overwhelming sexual power and we had many discussions about his lack of "masculinity" and come to a consensus funny. Harry is the guy who is not as "masculine" but somehow it has a virility, we think it shows very sexual when showing their pubic hair and all her curves marked in their skinny jeans and their obvious bulge.(1)
I can not see it in the other guys in the band, they are attractive and beautiful but not to draw attention sexually. Even being the polite, respectful and baby group, he is very hipersexualizado and became the fantasy of all, I never really tbh witnessed a person being very sexually analyzed and how it can not be close to someone to begin to fantasize their relationship is a case to be studied. (2) I do not know really but Harry seems to be a different case. We go to some examples of male stars who are exposed in magazines, social media with sex appeal. Nick Jonas already made many covers with sexual content, naked and many spicy revelations, Justin Bieber is shown naked on her instagram every day and none of them have a so deep sexual appeal as Harry. I see interviewers who feel “wet” about Harry but those other two who are exposed sexually does not exist this hipersexualization.
Anon I’m not sure if I’m getting your exact meaning because I think you may have used Google Translate which doesn’t always interpret things exactly right. But I’m pretty sure I get the essence of what you’re saying, which is that even if Harry isn’t a typically butch, stereotypically ‘masculine’ guy, he does have an obvious sexual presence compared to the other boys. And I agree. I don’t think it’s necessarily all to do with his looks, but more to do with his connection with people. He simultaneously demands attention and gives attention, and that’s a very powerful and magnetic thing. Combine that with his physicality, his pretty face, his confidence, his awareness of his own effect on people and his ability to use it…and that’s a pretty explosive mix!
edit to add: this is really common throughout popular music, where some of the biggest male sex symbols in music are not stereotypically “manly men”. eg Mick Jagger, Prince, Bowie - all extremely thin, petite men who highlighted traditionally feminine features such as their tiny waists, skinny legs and big eyes. All adored and lusted after by both men and women all over the world.
