I'm not sure tbh. After Garrison's passing, Gwen stopped doing sister wives reactions and posting as much on social media, plus she's one of the kids who doesn't seem to be interested in filming for the show. As far as I know, Paedon hasn't talked about it either, but my guess would be that they still have a strained relationship, because her issue with him was not only how he treats her in the present day but how he treated her during their childhood. By "at the time" I mostly meant like, that's when gwen started talking about it and everyone became aware they don't have a great relationship.
