I've been thinking about the Size Difference AU + Soulmate AU.
Like what if for Zhongli's who 6000+ whole life he never had a soulmate and believed he'll be single forever and for some reason, the name of his soulmate suddenly appeared on his inner wrist in beautiful white cursive on the time he just faked his death.
And the same goes for MC, her whole life of 23 years she believed she will die lonely, until she saw Zhongli for the first time in game and the names Zhongli/Morax/Rex Lapis appeared on her inner wrist in a pretty gold cursive.
MC after finding out that her soulmate is a pixel:
Zhongli can probably feel his soulmate's emotions and is wondering what the actual f is happening with her.
Also MC a few moments later after finally calming down and realizing that her soulmate is THE Zhongli himself:
Then she crashed out again because it dawned into her that her soulmate is a fictional character:

Also MC realizing that her soulmate is older than most of her ancestors—
MC ended up drinking all her sorrows:
It was stuck this way till the Nod Krai 6.3 update... which was like 4 to 5 years later. And then earth combines with Teyvat
MC was mid drinking her wine and it drenched her looking like a vampire out for blood LMAO.
Neighbor, seeing MC covered in wine: MC.. you oka—

MC is probably seething that her good wine is wasted, and Zhongli felt very concerned.
To add salt to the injury? MC probably just woke up and her hair was a bed's nest and the wine made her hair sticky.
The only good luck she's having is that she somehow has high salary ever since her soulmate mark had appeared, and she's technically almost a millionaire. I feel like Zhongli is surprisingly has an easy time adapting to being a human. It probably freaks him out a little, but at least he's got a better grasp on being human now.
Zhongli is still waiting for his future wifey... When will he meet her...
Just then MC decided to go sky diving for absolutely no reason... Unfortunately her parachute broke making her scream so loud... Fortunately a gloved hand had caught her.
Well at some point we do the most stupid shit that ends up being a blessing in disguise LOL. Also, that happened a month after Teyvat and Earth merged. And Zhongli's hand saved her.
Their soulmate marks glowed, and MC turned into Teyvatian size and is now being carried by a happily feral Zhongli.
MC the whole time:
Her brain is loading and buffering about what the f just happened.
Zhongli is definitely purring LOUDLY. Nuzzling his future Wifey's neck while MC is just wondering WTF is happening. Like, is this a fever dream!?
Cloud Retainer is demanding some explanation on why Zhongli kidnapped a woman from Earth.
