So I'm trying to call a health insurance company to figure out why its website says I don't have access to my health plan information, but when I try to get that information, it tells me I already have access.

The phone calls have gone through three stages:

Trying to sell me on a medical alert device that I don't need.

Press 1 for [irrelevant], press 2 for [identically irrelevant], or stay on the line for other stuff

Long recorded clip of someone trying to sell me on the medical alert device

The system recognizes that I said something negative and tries to sell me on the medical alert device

I don't need a medical alert device! I need my insurance information so I can get my meds!

So

We are starting on emptying out my grandma’s house today. I’ll mostly be there for emotional support (for my sister) and to do the heavy lifting (for everyone else). The funeral’s tomorrow and I’m glad I can help take my dad’s mind off it but I’m also just feeling odd
