what's insane to me is that me and my boyfriend love movies. LOVE movies. we go and see a lot, we love all different kinds, and yet we both thought one battle after another was fucking terrible. it sucked. it was indescribably boring, got a few laughs out of us overall and generally just a waste of our time and money. and somehow. somehow it won 5 oscars including best picture and the entire world seems to love it. I literally just can't figure out how. why do you all like it. what part of any of that was fucking entertaining.
