Auto Correct, is it Really Helping Us?

Most people think autocorrect is the best thing in the world and others hate it. When you are in a rush it is probably really convenient to just type really fast and your phone will just make corrections, but what if it doesn’t correct it how you want it? Some people call these Autocorrect fails. Sometimes these can be very embarrassing and sometimes they can be pretty funny. Other people think that autocorrect is making us lazy and dumb. It doesn’t help us when we don’t know how to spell. If we spell the word wrong, autocorrect corrects it right away instead of making us fix it ourselves. So in some ways it can be making us dumb because we aren’t learning how to spell or fix our mistakes. Spell check or autocorrect can be a good thing but sometimes it hurts us without us knowing.
