Okay, this was a super weird evening.

So the League of Legends online game has now added voice chat so people can talk instead of type during games, right – and some guys that I had added to my friendlist (guys I don’t know in real life) asked me to play with them and they all had this voice chat.

I don’t, which I was glad about because – hello, socially anxious dude with four strangers in the team, right, I would feel weird as heck talking to them. So I told them, sorry, no voice chat – but that didn’t stop them from talking with each other, with me, about god and the world, all the while losing every single game spectacularly, because none of us is really good nor really concentrated –

And it was funny as heck. Two dudes sounded as if they had smoked too much weed, cackling at every second sentence, one dude was just tired and German and didn’t talk English all that well but tried admirably, and I just typed once in a while. We lost, we played horribly, there was a conversation about why more than two continents are too much and we need Pangea back, and…. I have no idea what was going on most of the time, but it was really freaking funny. I couldn’t stop laughing.

Like, it didn’t matter all that much that I didn’t talk, or that we didn’t know each other – we just had fun. And that was great.
