The first that comes to mind is the trip to Scotland my partner and I took for our 10 year anniversary two years ago. Everything went so smoothly for that trip (like truly amazing luck, even with weather and everything) and we had really wonderful experiences together! Definitely planning to go back because there's still much left to explore there
Andd honestly if money/time was no issue, I would just do a world tour going to see all my fandom friends and have them show me their towns through their eyes. That would be the dreammm

from this i can draw 2 conclusions: (a) loss of Nen was absolutely a condition of kite's resurrection ability working, and (b) it is reasonably likely that he and gon will seek each other out while pursuing the revival of their nen (possibly with a philosophical discussion about whether it's 'worth it')
