I saw an LSD Dream Simulator post earlier and it reminded me of this incredible game I picked up in a bundle a few years ago on itch.io - it’s difficult to describe what makes this great without giving away too much about the story, so I’ll say this: if you like the idea of a surrealist PSX-style exploration game with puzzles and a litttttle bit of non-linear progression between levels, it’s so worth $10. Without giving any details out, you’re basically a stranger that’s wandering through various dream worlds trying to solve the problems within while progressing toward an overall end-goal that you don’t fully understand. The aesthetic changes between levels, and the emotional tone of the story of each zone is pretty unique; some have simple problems with simple solutions, some have hungry gods that have been trapped in a dark pit for eons and would anything for a meal, ya feel? This is me saying to you: try it.
