:3 So, Sofia? New OC you’d like to ramble about? *bows off* The floor’s yours…

OKIOKI SOOO she is an ew oc (I’ve had lore for over a year now) basically remember McCoy from the fan movie? Well essentially he’s her husband- (I’ve also sort of oc-afied him taking personal HCs and things from the separate comic series they made called Operation Lost Cause, so I will be calling him Arthur throughout this). They lived in Scotia NY for pretty much all their childhood, in middle school they started with this sort of grade rivalry (Arthur’s parents being like- think of clay and blobbertta from Morel Orel and like a drunk dad and emotionally detached mom who favors her kids heavily)- before in freshman year sort of dropping it after becoming friends, later in Junior year they sort of started to date, and eventually after highschool Arthur immediately joined the army and him and Sofia got married (to the disappointment of his racist parents) and basically they began to move around, ofc Sofia earning money from photography as she adores it (it’s why they have so many photos just around the house). Eventually they ended up having 2 kids, Gene (who is the oldest- another oc along with his eventual family) and Brianna (took her from TBATF- she’s the youngest, moving to the UK with her fiancé and joining the RA). After some time (early 30’s) Sofia got really sick (debating that it is exactly) and unfortunately passed away- which basically caused Arthur to emotionally neglect Gene and Bri (Gene being 15 and Brianna 7) to the point at 18 gene ran back to NY with his gf (now ex-wife)

Now personality wise she’s a very sweet, kind, reliable, a bit emotional and extremely patient, but also is sassy, overprotective at points or seeming to be overhearing, super optimistic (sometimes too optimistic), and puts peoples needs a lot over her own (usually people she considers close). Her favorite pet she’s had was a mouse she had in 2nd grade named Queso, she has 1 older brother (Valentino) and 3 younger siblings (Elio, Irene and Joaquin Jr. (Irene and Junior being twins))- and a close cousin named Angel (or AJ to his buds- which was Arthur and his small gaggle of football friends). She enjoys photography and for a while had a job as a photographer for a newspaper before moving- her favorite color is yellow (second is purple and light green)

Idk if I seem beggy but like- I want ppl to ask about my ocs cause I wanna talk about them and explain all these complex and elaborate ideas and dynamics they have with other characters but I feel like if I do I just- I dunno

Random of fact of the day

Sofia had an irrational fear of owls for the longest time due to stories she was told as a child by family due to it in Mexico being seen as black magic

I thought I’d draw a scene from @raerodart ‘s comic they made on Arthur from OLC- they’ve actually inspired me to make my own au I still gotta make a master post on- the oc with my drawing (left) is named Sofia and she’s got a role in the au- again I’ll make a master post on it eventually but for now this
