When the Thames was drained, after the great flood of 2120, plenty of sickening finds were made lying in the river bed, that would compromise a great deal of information and the entities involved. Some would rewrite history. Hard drives, memory cards, tons of digital trash was unveiled exposing bank passowrds, government files, company data, doge memes and a whole lot of nudes. 

For a period of time, some of the content got on sale for a whole lot of money for damage control and preventing the truth from becoming public. But not all. At this time and age most entities have nothing to prove anymore, they’re blatantly atrocious.
