new addition to the jacket ✨️🦋✨️

my great-aunt Mari had some things to say about all this recently. she's one of the most devout catholics i know: goes to mass at least weekly & rome semi-annually, lives & breathes by the bible, prays constantly, runs a church grief support group...

& fucking ADORES this jacket. every time i see her, she pores over it, looking for new additions & commenting on everything she sees

Ex:

"Ohh, look at this darling devil with his little boots! 😍 How cute is that?"

she's even asked to wear it to her grief group (which made me fucking choke on my smoke, i was laughing so hard i cried)

i promised to go & teach her & her group the basics of diy patchwork jackets, & can't WAIT to see what comes of it 🪡✨️
