Just a little silly summary of the au below the cut:]
Okay so
It's like a ' what if ?' situation
Like what if Gabriel DID wipe out all of humanity ?
But some alternates are like 'well shit what now?'
Because yk everyone is fucking dead!!!
So Gabriels like
Well we can make our OWN people, but different? Maybe .. ice cream? At first he made one as a joke
Like an ice cream person but when it actually worked he was like 'ouh shit wait,,'
And he made more and more
More or less just replacing people with this other ''humans'' who think they're normal, pretty much reincarnation but have zero memory about what happened in the past.
Like mark? Yeah no he wouldn't remember shit, neither would Jonah
But Cesar and Adam on the other hand? They would ever so slowly remember because Gabriel made them differently, like aka special treatment and let them have some self awareness, but here's the thing
Adam and Cesar aren't allowed to tell ANYONE what they remember, actions have consequences, such as getting ''taken care of''. Noone would remember them getting killed or anything, it was like a loop?? That is Cesar was finally able to break that loop and tell Mark fucking finally!! God!! But they would also put mark in danger!! Because Gabriel would sorta show up himself because he was so annoyed about him like '?? Wtf did I tell you dawg?'
Cesar would find a way to uhh stun Gabriel for him to just grab mark and BOOK it, Ultimately put them in hiding for a very long time. It's the same situation with Adam and Jonah!! Trust me okay? But the thing is Jonah didn't see Gabriel, just Adam because of course Gabriel is just sitting in Adams bedroom waiting for him,
So what does Adam do? He nopes the fuck out and ran his ass right back to the car, and let me tell you he puts the pedal to the metal man. But yeah while Adam and Jonah are also in hiding They meet Cesar and mark !!!Now they're all in hiding, they managed to find a place that Gabriel doesn't know exists yet, somehow.
Some side info:
They never really age further than their original age, like . No matter how long mark and Cesar stay in hiding, they're still gonna be 17-18, permanently. Mainly because Gabriel never really cared or paid attention to them much about small details like that. Like their personalities, he didn't care much to make them spot on perfect, etc, etc their personalities or mental status will be different. They will never be the same as before and that deeply bugs Cesar and Adam. Not that they'd ever admit that.
The reason Cesar and Adam don't have ice cream tails is because they're more ''human'' than the rest, for very clear reasons such as remembering and being the "chosen ones."
They also have their own titles!:] just thought it was fun little add on + more lore for them!

Although, I can admit, I'm not the best at art, and my art style changes along, so I'm sorry for that.

For context on Gabriel's description; the people aren't fully aware of everything, they only seem to understand that Gabriel gave them their second chance in life in a way they can't actually remember or explain.
