I'm going to have to read that! But no, I've written baseball AUs for a couple of other fandoms (a bullet-point list fic for the MCU and a short series for Cut & Run where they're baseball fans if not players), but never a TMA one. Might have to go on the list...

okay WHAT is the sleepaway thing im so curious I've been seeing tags for weeks 👁️👁️

okay so basically sleepaway is a ttrpg where you plays as counselors trying to protect the camp and your campers from the strangeness that lurks within the woods, as well as the lindworm (fuck the lindworm me and my homies all hate the lindworm)

me and some friends that i made in the de server have been planning a sleepaway campaign for about a month now, we still haven’t gone past session 0 yet lmao

but anyways, you’re probably asking cause of all the weird little tags i’ve been making, those are mainly in reference to our characters! technically we all started with one character each, but since death is a consequence in the game, someone started a backup character and it quickly escalated from there. there are multiple call signs for the different backups since it originally started as them being secret forbidden blorbos, but now we kinda just keep using them since it’s easier than retagging everything.

anyways, i personally have 3 characters:

C the counselor, my main guy, you can fit so much trauma into them

——, my first backup, :)

and ****, my second backup as well as prequel character :))))))

but yeaaaaaa, i think teddy @courfeyracs-swordcane’s pinned post might provide some more info to our current insanity but it’s been so much fun despite us technically not have played a session yet
