#SOSlove Day 5 Forearm Wheel- This pose not so easy for me, anything with my arms up over head + flipping the grip is tough. So I had the support of my #dharmawheel. Truth be told I have never even tried this pose I have a mental block when it comes to trusting my forearms to hold me. The control freak in me feels better on my hands I feel the right in my upper back and cervical spine, so I try to breathe into that space. Make no mistake this did not hurt(I do not advise pushing into pain), it just felt challenging in a curious way as I know I need to softened more into this.
