Finally a new Reboot Ramble aaaaand it's time for the character redesigns of my old OCs from my comic!! Follow me while I rewrite, redraw and redesign my old protagonist Yui Asaruka from my old webcomic "AC - New Insights"! From bland character with no agency to creative and curious cutie!

For those who don’t know: Reboot Ramble is a series where I take you with me step-by-step in the process of rebooting my 12+ year old webcomic "AC - New Insights" that I drew from 2010 to 2022, a project very dear to my heart. Here you can watch the whole Reboot Ramble series here!

AHH THANK YOU SO MUCH ;;;___;;;!?!?!?! ive never mentioned it on this blog before, but kingdom hearts has a very very (very) special place in my heart and i wish i had drawn more art of it more ;w;!! i played kh1, kh2, 358 days, and recoded but i sort of lost track of the timeline after they moved to handheld devices haha. i made the effort to catch up on the story earlier this week in prep for release and now its all ive ever been thinking about

I made a collab with @softseaside ! She drew those cool lines and had the idea for the picture, while I colourized it. @softseaside has a really cool and recognizable style, which made colouring it a lot of fun :D Catra looks so cool here! We both watched She-Ra this year so doing some fanart seemed like a nice idea. Also doing collabs is pretty cool, we might switch it the next time round, me doing lines and her doing the colours. 😁
