I wish I could speak to her without being totally awkward, but I’m too much of a coward.

Time for a Dad story

Tonight we made a family pilgrimage to the Shrine of DQ to get Blizzards. You know how they always flip them upside down to show you how thick they are? Well, I thought mine looked a little thin, so I speculated that they might not have flipped it. And this is where it gets good. Dad assured me that they had, and then he picked up his cup to demonstrate. Only he didn't realise that his Blizzard had an extra cup, like they'll do if the cup gets messy while they're making it. He tipped his cup up... And the entire inside cup slid out. To be fair, the ice cream did stay in the cup.
