The Socialites Series:
Will Solace and the Socialites of Olympus University - main fic in this series
Will Solace has enough problems. Between juggling two jobs, surviving pre-med classes, and making sure his roommates don’t burn down their Harlem apartment, the last thing he needs is a hopeless crush on campus legend Nico di Angelo.
But try telling that to his heart.
Nico and his rich, mysterious, ridiculously good-looking best friends (affectionately dubbed “Nico and the Seven” by students who can only dream of being that cryptic) are the stuff of gossip and wild rumours. Mafia ties? Maybe. Vampire coven? Sure. Time travelers from an alternate dimension? Definitely plausible.
Will’s sure he’s never stood a chance… until a spilled drink, a cigarette on a balcony, and one very unexpected dinner invitation send him spiralling into Nico’s orbit. Now he’s stuck somewhere between flirting and a full-blown existential crisis.
Because falling for Nico di Angelo was not part of Will’s academic plan; and he’s about to learn that extra credit doesn’t cover emotional disasters.
Codex Solace: On The Anatomy of Desire And Other Curses - Prequel from Nico's pov
It starts with a snowball fight—Will Solace glowing beneath winter lamplight, laughter catching in the cold air like a hymn. Nico didn’t know his name then. Only that something shifted inside him when he saw him. A dangerous shift. The kind that leads to emotions. He should’ve gone back inside.
Over four seasons, fascination turns to yearning, and yearning becomes… inconvenient. Borderline humiliating. Unbearable, if we’re being dramatic about it—which Nico always is.
He watches from afar: in libraries, lecture halls, between bookshelves at the Greek-myth inspired bookstore where Will works. His friends begin to meddle, armed with suspicion and absolutely no boundaries. They nudge him closer to the boy with sunlit hair and steady hands, like it’s a group project. Nico resists. Obviously. He’s always been good at hiding. But hope, unfortunately, is harder to kill in spring.
A story of longing, silence, and slow-burning desire—of one emotionally repressed classics student learning, painfully and against his will, that his heart is still very much alive and extremely annoying about it.

I’ll Look After You: Every Bruise and Every Part of You (Series):
All The Bruises I Don’t Mind Bearing
Nico di Angelo survives a day of training younger campers—which is to say, he narrowly escapes death by tween with a broadsword and collapses into bed like a Victorian widow. He’s sore, bruised, and halfway to fusing with the mattress when Will Solace shows up, armed with a jar of herbal salve and the world’s most aggravatingly competent hands.
Will offers to heal him with magic. Nico, stubborn and ridiculous, says no. So Will settles for a massage—just his hands, no powers, no loopholes—and somehow that’s worse. Or better. Depending on who’s asking.
What Burns Beneath the Bruises
Nico’s still sore and bruised from a brutal day of training younger campers—but Will promised him a night alone, and Nico is far too stubborn to let a few aching muscles get in the way. Luckily, Will Solace knows how to heal him with something better than magic.
(Spoiler: it involves steady hands, teasing patience, and an unfairly smug bedside manner.)
Bruises become foreplay, boundaries become tenderness, and Nico learns—again—that Will’s hands were made for more than battlefield first aid.
The Silence Between Heartbeats:
Will Solace would really like a nap.
Instead, he gets fatally poisoned, soul-tethered by a forbidden Underworld ritual, and declared the one true love of Nico di Angelo. Now they’re both trapped in a divine “Prove It’s True Love or Else” farce, complete with god-imposed trials. Oh—and the whole thing’s being broadcast on Hephaestus TV like it’s a celestial soap opera, because Olympus is cracking at the seams and nothing distracts like a doomed romance.
Nico di Angelo has made many mistakes.
Performing a soul-tethering rite outlawed since the Titanomachy? Fine. Lying to the gods, claiming it was an act of love to avoid certain death? Also fine. Being expected to hold Will Solace’s hand and act like he means it? Absolutely not.
Nico doesn’t want the lie to be real. He knows what happens when people get too close—(they leave, they die, they look at him and flinch). But Olympus demands a love story, and the cost of failure is higher than either of them can afford. So he plays the part.
Will, already halfway in love, plays his too— enough to convince the gods. Not enough for Nico to notice. The monster nearly killed him. But love might finish the job.
If You Didn’t Want Me to Ruin Myself Over You, Maybe Don’t Write Me Into Every Lyric and Leave Out the Ending:
It’s the golden age of eyeliner-streaked MySpace fame and post-hardcore breakdowns (2005, obviously), Chthonic Hearts is a rising pop-punk band held together by duct tape, creative tension, and the vague threat of spontaneous combustion. Nico di Angelo writes heartbreak like it’s a war crime. Will Solace sings it like he's not the casualty. They fight, fuck, and tour in a haze of power chords, smudged eyeliner, and metaphors sharp enough to bleed.
The band calls it chemistry. Management calls it marketable. Will calls it exhausting.
With one leg of the tour left, a voice on the verge of collapse, and a setlist full of unsaid things, everything starts to unravel—on stage, in greenrooms, and behind locked bus doors. Somewhere between gas station vodka, bruised lyrics, and one particularly regrettable bar fight, something shifts.
They’re not talking about it. But maybe they don’t need to. Not when the music’s already doing it for them.
Hauntings and Wantings:
Will Solace moves into a suspiciously cheap murder house because residency pays in caffeine and trauma, not rent. He just wants to sleep for twelve hours and ignore the fact that Kayla and Austin almost intubated a guy upside down. Instead, he gets ghost roommates who keep moving his stuff, flickering the lights, and eventually start playing dramatic romcom soundtracks over his true crime podcasts.
Desperate, exhausted, and one bad haunting away from losing it entirely, Will turns to Craigslist. That’s how he meets The Ghost King — aka Nico di Angelo, paranormal investigator, skull ring enthusiast, and inexplicably hot goth. Nico fixes the problem. Will accidentally develops a crush. The ghosts, naturally, escalate their matchmaking efforts.
