she hasn’t played piano regularly in years and it’s not like riding a bike because she certainly feels it doesn’t come as naturally as it used to. but she definitely knows enough to teach someone else the basics and she wouldn’t be surprised if elsie ends up being better than her at it by the end. tilly roams the aisles of sheet music with certain songs and composers in mind, but she wants elsie to have a say, too. “i’m glad you didn’t suggest a teaching trade, because i think learning ballet at this age is just considered a quarter life crisis,” she jokes before looking through the beginner sheet music. “speaking of which...i thought maybe we should start with tchaikovsky’s swan lake theme.” / @solardvst​
