Guillotine painted as Banshee's Stables (Solaris Stables). Originally I painted this one for a campaign, but that never came to be. Also really ruined the decal :(

I got a black knight and instead of trying to make this work in my normal Merc work I decided to give it a flashy paint job and give it a go in the arena until I trash the mech.

It uh has performed remarkably well and is now my main money maker in this playthrough.

It's Game Day over in Silesia, Solaris Fans! This is Duncan Fisher announcing from a completely packed Colosseum!

We are coming to you live across the Inner Sphere, bringing you a close-matched duel. Tonight we have Neon Knight, a Trebuchet pilot from Solaris itself, facing off against Pincer, a Crab pilot from the ranks of the Draconis Combine. Looks like we'll have a heck of a game for you today. Action! BWAAAAAAA The moment the horn sounds, Pincer throws her Crab full speed at Neon Knight, twin large lasers blaring as LRMs flash across the field. Both lasers connect, but Pincer dodges the missiles.

Twenty seconds in, and walls emerge from the floor, cutting off Neon Knight's retreat as Pincer closes in, claws snipping. With Neon pinned against the wall, Pincer delivers a pair of laser strikes followed by a kick. Neon is going down, but oh! Look at that shooting, that laser went right through Pincer's armor and ate away at her reactor shielding. It'll be getting hot in there!

Neon Knight's Trebuchet is back up, and Pincer is backpedaling! Knight's gotten around her, he's pouring fire into her left flank, he goes for the kick, and - I don't believe it! Pincer just reached in and punched right through Knight's armor with a snip of her claws! That must've been the LRM Ammo, and there's the ejection. Forty seconds from horn to win, folks. That might be a new record, it'll definitely be one for the highlights reels!

Context: My FLGS has opened up a Solaris league. Introtech mediums chosen from a list, using the maps from the new box set. I picked Crab purely because it was the one I had painted and with me when I went to sign up this evening.
