ā”ļøDo you entirely agree with the Brotherhood's ideals? All of them?
No. I dunno if anyone does, actually.Ā
Maybe Hardin, the old Head Paladin of my old chapter. But I guess it helps to define ideals versus, well... laws.Ā
The Codex was a double edged sword. There was a real code in there, that I could believe in. We were helping people, even if it was from themselves. In antiquity, there needed to be measures in place to keep dangerous things out of peopleās hands.Ā
But it never evolved. Idealistically, there was a nobility to the cause. Itās why I stayed so long.Ā
I especially disagreed with the total negligence of communication. The Brotherhood made enemies like a Cazadore makes screaming. Isolation worked a couple centuries ago, but now?
In short, no. I donāt, and I never did. I knew most of the Codex especially, more than most of my old brothers and sisters, but it only made me hate it more.Ā
