Home from the gym! So Zumba was amazing per usual and I could really feel the workout in my calves. Also we did a lot of arms stuff which made my arms BURN. Then I stay for sole fusion which is this barefoot class and it was amazing. Like we only used 1lb and 3lb weights, a ball, and a band and it killed. We did push ups, wall sits, a bunch of arm stuff, ab stuff, like literally everything. And it was AWESOME. I'm going back next Wednesday because that class really does you well.
