The barmaid tilted head slightly, carmine orbs gazing in an almost rude way. But pursed lips parted and soon spread to a chaste smile.

“I use hunting knives every now and then since I occasionally go out to hunt, but other than that no. I’m a horrible shot, so I can’t use throwing knives for the life of me.”

Armlet Buddies || (Kagura and Imu)

He never would have thought he become something he wanted to be when he was a little boy, yet here he was: a Dragon Slayer. It was dusk currently in the dirt road area leading to Edge, a place he heard severed good drinks, which was what he needed after figuring out he wasn’t in own world anymore AND had the luck to end up running an angry dragon of all things. Thankfully he ended up falling on the dragon and after hanging on for dear life, he ended up having to kill it, since tried to raze a small traveling caravan that as headed into the city.

This was why more dragons came around the area, he assumed as he managed to grave rob the decapitated dragon’s body before him. What? It wasn’t using the armlet it had on it’s claw or this odd looking liquid in a pouch. Certainly wasn’t going to need the 2500 Gil it had between it’s scales either! Kagura would likely use all three and likely need more then these two Dark Dragons, as one screaming traveler in the caravan called them. He had to admit, as much as ‘Two Dragons, One Kagura’ would have appealed to his kid self and certain types of other people, he was NOT looking forward to this one bit.

Both dragons roared as they both shot a from their mouths, what appeared to be black fire, directly at him. Moving quickly to avoid getting grilled alive, the attacks created this black mist which made it difficult to see the area clearly. Then next thing he saw was a tail being swung right at him from under the cover of the black mist! Unable to dodge in time, he actually jumped over and spun in mid-air, slashing at he tail that tried to whack him, causing on of the dragon’s to screech in pain. However, the other one shot what appeared to be a bright white laser beam at his general direction, the range of the attack being too big to avoid cleanly. He had to act fast!

“Supreme Dragon’s Inferno!”

Three dark purplish spire like spearheads of fire shot from the ground to colloid with the laser attack, the resulting clash causing a large explosion with a tremor causing aftershock. However, he wasn’t safe as the other dragon had a claw heading right at him and he barely even had a moment to sense the attack coming! He grit his teeth as he mentally prepared himself to get hit hard.

Unless lady luck was going to have favor on him and save his fine ass.

« ♣ » → usagi had gone out about about for her witch hunt. she eyed her ring carefully at every area she walked to. she was hoping tonight would be the night to get her beauty rest. the past couple of days at school had been rough, one including usagi falling asleep not so gracefully. she stepped into an open area, no one to be found. she sat on the bench nearest to her, swinging her feet as she got comfortable.

her ring never reacted, but she noticed something. a smoke cloud of sorts. though the smoke disoriented her, she looked at her ring wondering if it had malfunctioned. this was definitely a witch. a green light emitted, school clothes now transformed into her usual battle wear. she stood on bench, almost afraid to go inside the smoke and investigate. “...hello? i--- i can’t tell if this is a witch..”
