i hail u as the lord & savior, a better jesus christ

I feel like I’m maybe a slightly lesser messiah, because Jesus could at least, like, fix a door. and heal, which is another point in his favor, all I can do when my loved ones are sick is offer to sing them acapella versions of various Prince songs. I also definitely would have bitched out in Gethsemane, and maybe made a pass at the apostle Peter, something I’m 99% sure never happened on Jesus’s end of things.

I mean, I think I can confidently say that I dress better than Jesus, but that’s, what, maybe eighteenth on the list of what you want from a Savior? dressing well is really more of an Antichrist thing.
