forgor to introduce some OCs from a private fic / setting :D

jesse ( left ) and noël ( right ) -- they're agents of interpol that are considered the "last resort". who they have to call in when certain criminals are a lil too much for the local police. they're considered the most dangerous men on planet earth because of their connections to a pair of entities

the irony isn't lost on them when they act as cruel and crafty as the criminals they bring to justice ( which is a concept that isn't at all kind, merciful, or unblemished )
