Hiya, I saw your posts on the VM tag and the problems you are having are exactly the same as I've just had. I managed to fix mine by changing the wireless channel/frequency. I plugged my laptop by ethernet to my super hub and got full speed and then followed the instructions on the VM website (help section/broadband & internet/cable customer/how to boost fibre optic broadband speed/troubleshoot virgin media super hub/how do I change VM superhubs wirless channel/frequency). Thats so sweet of you to send me a message about this... I don't know if we've tried looking on the VM website for the details- will have to try that later on! We've pretty much tried everything we can possible think of... Changed the channel so many times its ridiculous lol. Its working now at the moment and we've got someone coming tomorrow to fix it. Well, I say that... the last time they came to fix it, they made it that too much power was coming in and thats whats really screwed it up now.
I just got about 5 MB out of the 10 we're meant to be getting, and I'm in the next room to the router. Which is better than what we've had in ages...
