What does conditional mean?? Like they can take it back? (I'm still new to the sport)
Eaves is gone in any case (for now), the conditions come into play in what the Stars are getting back. Basically if the Ducks go far in the playoffs and Eaves is a big part of it, the Stars get a first-round pick instead of the second-round one.
Based on draft position, Dallas will receive the middle pick of Ottawa, San Jose or Toronto’s second-round selections in 2017 per the conditions in which Anaheim acquired the pick from Toronto in a previous trade. Should Anaheim advance to the third round of the postseason and Eaves plays in 50% or more of their games in the first two rounds, the selection becomes the Ducks first-round selection in the 2017 NHL Draft. (x)
(Ottawa, San Jose and Toronto are mentioned because Ducks have previous deals with them about those picks and they’re now trading one.)
I hope this makes sense, NHL teams def love their conditions and draft picks, especially tied to playoffs success. (Also I’ve seen lots of speculation that he might come back to Dallas after the playoffs, but we’ll see.)

Preach! I started following the penguins cause someone sent me a ridiculous look at this guy's butt series of pictures. I love the sport now. Started going to local gamed. I live in freaking alabama on the coast in football country. I get so much judgement.

i dont think he did. that over time was balls to the walls full on hockey. Murphy came down the side and he shot the puck way before anyone was expecting him to. that was just good playing on his part, but the Pens played hard in OT. Harder than all game tbh

Thank you lovelies, kiitos ihanat! I love the hair so much. I was thinking at first that what’s the point of refreshing the colour if I almost never manage to leave home in my hermit depression stage and no one else ever sees it. Then I realised that that makes no sense: I see it, it makes me happy, and isn’t that the most important thing? Silly head, keeps on forgetting.

Truth.. but I just want flower to have a win. I love both the goalies, but don’t want flower to have any reason to waive his no trade clause.
flower won his last game, have we already forgotten this? doesnt matter how many starts he gets i dont think he’s gonna be a penguin next season
