Moonflower now has 13 reviews on Steam
Every single one of them has made me cry to read.
Thank you so much to those who have left us such lovely reviews.
It cannot be overstated how much things like wishlisting and reviewing helps a developer though.
Algorithms and internal systems weigh heavily to how many of those we have, the more we have the more the sales platform actually shows our games to people.
Getting positive reviews not only helps others to decide to buy the game but reading your love for our game is a beacon against every thoughts of self doubt and the imposter syndrome of creation.
As devs we spend months or even years working on our games with only our own input, knowing people actually like what have laboured to make is monumental to the sanity.
Smolder in new a new lace thong!!
Me 💙
Holding onto something that's so close yet so far away really makes a great tease 🖤

Is it still okay to dream when life keeps getting in the way?
Sometimes I wonder if it’s even normal — at my age, with my life, with a child in one hand and a hundred tasks in the other — to still believe I can make something happen. To still dream. And I don’t mean vague daydreams.I see the film in my head before I’ve even finished the final scene.I see the Pinterest board, the kind you scroll through and get lost in.I see the reader, who doesn’t yet know that this story will shift something deep inside them. But real life isn’t that kind. One day the kid’s sick.Another day the internet’s down. The next — I’m too tired to write a single word. And still… I keep going.Because the truth is — dreaming in this world isn’t a privilege. It’s resistance. To hope when the algorithm drowns you in “recommended” content run by bots, hype, and fake “success” stories — that’s a fight.I’m learning to be everything. The writer. The marketer. The designer. The screenwriter. The critic. The psychologist.Because without that — I simply don’t exist.Without that — my stories stay locked inside my Notes app.But with it? There’s a chance. A small one, but it’s real.Yes, some people already have an audience. And maybe their content is way worse than mine — but it sells, because they have a name. And I don’t.I only have reality. But I also have belief. In the text.In myself. In stories that deserve to be seen. And maybe…Maybe that’s still enough.
