Riverside run

Strength training at home

6:00 AM

Shower, breakfast, and get ready for work

7:00 AM

Journaling and study time at the cafe

8:00 AM

Head to the office and start work

I don’t chase silence,

but I know the sound of being thought about.

It’s in the pause before a text,

the weight of a moment that hasn’t called yet.

I’m not pressed—

but I notice.

And when I do,

it’s not about needing the moment...

just wanting to be where it lands.
