Blogic #2 - Keychain: @harinimpact and I asked a few people to challenge us with a topic and this challenge is given by @naitik__joshi 1) The key chain holds the key that unlocks solutions to all your problems. Sometimes it can hold more than 1 key which implies that there can be multiple solutions to your problems 2) A key chain is not a chain by any definition. But by being called so, it probably has become one. This is how one gets branded. 3) Quality of the keychain will decide how long it can hold the key. This is very similar to your mindset. Your mindset determines how long you can hold on to your solutions. 4) It adds weight to the key, thereby makes the key noticeable. Become a 'keychain' for someone. 5) It can hold a bunch together, pretty much like a competent people manager. 6) It holds the most vital object for its owner to enter or exit a place. Hence it gets its importance. 7) Initially Keychains were luxury, now somehow they've become a necessity and thanks to that you see a lot of innovative keychains out there. Start off with a novelty, you may have less customers to begin with but slowly you'll get to where you belong Feel free to comment about what you think.. #blogic #leadership #innovation #solutioning #mindset https://www.instagram.com/p/B6BOX3sFkqK/?igshid=15dq3xoybvl8

Question the Goals
I’m putting together a course on Agile Testing and using Specification by Example by Gojko Adžić as one of the inputs.
In revising the text I just had to write about asking questions to obtain business goals rather than blindly following the requirements. Gojko mentions this a lot in Chapter 5 – in fact it’s crucial to delivering the right thing.
I have some examples that vindicate this…
