HE PROPOSED!!!!🤭
I am someone's girlfriend now!!!!😝😝 He finally got the hints and the way he proposed was my favourite😙
So let me tell u the full story!! It started last evening when i was really mad at him and tbh it wasn't a big deal either but i just wanted some attention. He was trying to talk to me when he told me he kept losing tic tac toe to a bot and i was still kind of "gussa" so i just gave him a stupid back talk answer. After that he sent me a QR code to scan and just as i saw the QR i knew where this was going. When i scanned the QR i saw a game of tic tac toe which i had to win in order to get the reward. Played 5 times in a row and won neither match.😭 After winning the game and opening the reward i saw a sweet poem and a will you be my girlfriend page. I WENT INSANE!!! I put my phone aside and screamed into my pillow then clicked on yes AND NOW I AM HIS GIRLFRIEND!!!!!!🤭🤭
hihiihiiii that's all.😋😋
How to write a freelance proposal that actually gets read
Most freelance proposals are ignored because they are written about the freelancer. The client does not care about your years of experience upfront. They care whether you understood their problem. The structure that works: Open with their problem. Two or three sentences that show you read the brief and understood what they need. Explain your approach to this specific project. Not your process in general. Close with a specific next step. Not 'let me know if you have questions' but 'I can do a call Tuesday or Thursday - which works for you?' Remove any sentence starting with 'I am' or 'I have been'. What remains should be almost entirely about them.
Why scope creep is almost always your fault (not the clients)
Scope creep does not happen because clients are bad. It happens because the original scope was not clear enough. If your proposal says social media management and the client thinks that includes strategy, content creation, scheduling, and reporting, and you thought it meant posting three times a week, that is not scope creep. That is a scope gap. The fix is a proposal that defines what is included and, just as importantly, what is not. Once you have that habit, scope creep conversations become easy. You are not defending your position. You are pointing to something you both agreed to. Most freelancers skip detailed scope documents to save time at the start of a project. Then they spend three times that time managing misaligned expectations.
welcome back, john! welcome back, john! for god's sake, john, welcome back!
I appreciate the rare show of support! I plan to make headway in getting independancy back on the table once Congress officially reconvenes..
