Pear/Fennel Kombucha home brew. Kinda sweet so letting it sit a bit for a second ferment. I have to say this is such a fun ongoing process. I can rely on a never ending supply of kombucha and year round fun in experimentation. Do you brew Kombucha? What’s your favorite flavor either home brewed or store bought doesn’t matter. I have some favorite store bought flavors I can rarely pass up. Rose/berry #synergy is my favorite!! And I might say hard to find! So I ordered some rose extract and have been experiment. Fennel/pear too; that’s where I got the idea for this batch. Have to say if you are a borderline kombucha fan #somakombucha may not be your cup of tea (😁no pun intended yet it worked lol) I love it! It’s more how my brew turns out but how they get so much bubbly I’m not entirely sure. And then one I’ve never seen together but I figured out I LOVE from experimenting is cherry/lavender.
