I try to be healthy a lot and fail miserAbly most of the time. I got healthier once years back and lost a decent amount of weight. The lightbulb moment came on the road trip to Rachel’s wedding when I ate Taco Bell for the second time that day. I felt like and most definitely, instantaneously shit. Fast forward mNy years and Michael pollan books later and I unbelievably find myself in the same place. I just had Taco Bell for dinner, but this time I felt so shitty while eating it that I fed the rest to my dogs. If there was any wonder how awful Taco Bell is after my digestive pyrotechnics, let Gertrude’s silent but deadly gas tell that tale. She’s upwind, in front of the fan and undoubtedly relishing the fact that she’s shortening my life span with each toot. I guess payback sucks or in this case, farts, a lot. Lesson learned, Gert, thanks for the reminder.
