This blog is wonderful. It's interesting to see what nuances might get lost in translation. Have you ever done a post for how Sir Crocodile talks?

Okay so at least like three people have asked me this now and I kept putting off answering it, because tbh... there’s not really anything special about it? His speech is really standard, especially compared to some of the other warlords since a lot of them like Hancock are a lot more, like, outwardly quirky in terms of the way they talk and conduct themselves. 

Meanwhile Crocodile mostly just talks like a particularly hostile dude, like he has pretty standard masculine aggressive/casual speech and the only thing that’s notable about it really is he swears a whole lot.

A really good bit from His Ex Marks the Spot (1940).  This is a sometimes annoying short, though it is no fault of Buster who is very charming.  It just has a weird sit-com feel (it actually seems more ‘50s than ‘40s) and the guy he beats up (Radcliffe) is irritating.  But, complaints aside, I love this gag.

Geez, where did they dig up this asshole? I thought the thing at the beginning of the comic is that the gelfling were floundering for leadership because Jen, Kira, Guard Captain Guy, and the Crystalline Eminence had all died or ascended to a higher plane of existence.

And then this guy emerges from some dusty backroom and is the boss now?

Also, apparently you need to have wings to be the true ruler of the Gelfling. This matches the Age of Resistance maudra stuff.

And also means that Kira was in charge the whole time with Jen being Also There.

Honestly, I always suspected that’s how he preferred it.

Anyone know if theres a disable voice chat mode in Overwatch? some asshole was on it during a match, calling everyone faggs, and I made the mistake of typing to him. so yeah, he tolled me to kill myself and all that, and this was, like, a grown ass man doing this. oh and the best part is, he left his mic on while he went to take a piss! XD the jerk. anyway, to the people who call people faggs and tell them to kill themselves, quit being dicks. no one wants to here your saltiness over having your ass kicked by 12 year olds.

Story time about a complete jerk!

Ok, so it was at my birthday party at spare time, a bowling ally/ arcade. me and some friends were there, Me, My brother Zach(younger), My BFF Allias, my BFF Trueman, And Trueman’s little brother who is also my BFF Griffen.

ok, so me and Allias were on that really cool arcade game where you sit in some chairs and its a simulation type thing, yeah that one. well a man with 2 daughters was waiting for us to finish so his daughters could play. my dad walks up to the man with Trueman, who was having a meltdown (note that Trueman has Autism). Trueman wanted to play the simulator game and the mans daughters were playing another game. the conversation between my dad and the man went something like this:

Dad: hey could he play this game next?(he says while pointing to Trueman) he’s been waiting a while and is starting to have a meltdown.

Man: well my kids have been waiting for a while, too.

Dad: well, he has Autism, he was really excited about this place, could he please play one round after my daughter and her friend?

Man: oh my daughter has Autism, too.

Dad:your daughter? you mean the one over there that is having a great time, laughing and playing?

Man: (the man just...does a heel turn and walks away)

My dad said these two things; that if there were not kids around, he would’ve punched the guy in the face. and that he shouldn’t just use a new word he learned today without even knowing the meaning. after that Trueman actually had to go home from his meltdown. if you are by any chance this man, learn some respect, you ruined my 13th birthday party.
