a lady raised her voice at me today

so i work in my mom’s small print shop and today we had a lady come in asking for a notary. i said “ok” and called up the notary guy. he wasn’t available so she got upset. i was like “oh sorry he isnt available” and she was like “well you told me he would be available yesterday???”

oh let me give you some background yesterday she called and was like “oh can i get a notary tomorrow at 5?” and i was like “ya” so that’s why i remembered her from yesterday

so anyway she started to raise her voice and im naturally very sensitive so i started to well up and blush but i dont think she noticed. she said “this isnt very professional” and left like bitch im a teenager wtf do you expect????
