omg so excited!
So I'm doing dance for my school.
I haven't danced like this in a while. And I'm actually really, really excited. And. There are awesome people. And good music. And it gets me out of my dorm room. And I'm so excited. This is good right? oh dear.
關於減肥&跳舞
每次當我的大腿對褲子發出警訊,天氣好我就去跑步,天氣不好就是在家裡跳舞。 然後我有一些原則: 1.編舞比較簡單好學的歌要跳很快的動作或比較難的動作 (這樣可以提升消耗水準) 2.女舞之馬上進入地板動作我不幹,因為我怕膝蓋受傷 (正常也該在練體操或跆拳道的地板跳才不會傷膝蓋) 3.如果你會一點芭蕾或現代舞,跳這種風格也是消耗很大- 因為街舞比較少轉圈動作,芭蕾或現代舞在這部分比較強調 4.如果跳的很喘要稍事休息,不要太操勞心臟喔。
