i love the names of the characters in the saw movies. it’s 99% short snappy boring white personal names, like most horror movies. you got amanda young and lawrence gordon and john kramer and eric matthews, etc. and then leigh whannell looked at the miserable wet rat of a man he wrote for his own damn self to play and named him adam faulkner-stanheight. he said give this sack of shit a long ass fuckin hyphenated full row of text last name. i want this abhorrent white boy to stand the fuck OUT. i wanna make it so that you can’t say his full name without conjuring up mental imagery of a disappointment mother demanding her dejected son stop pouring raw pasta down the garbage disposal
