1. My friends and family! This year has been so difficult both globally and personally and I don’t know where I would be without my friends, real life and fandom alike. This fandom has given me so much and I’m so grateful. 💕

2. Art. Through the encouragement of others, I rediscovered something that I love - drawing! And I started experimenting with digital art. So that’s made me so so happy!

3. Music. Thank you, Ms Swift for giving a soundtrack to my nostalgia, melancholy and angst. 😌 stream evermore ✌️

4. One thing that has brought be a sense of achievement and satisfaction is @t100fic-for-blm. It’s something I am very proud to be part of and contribute to. (if you want to prompt me or any of the creators, check out our carrd)

I think I am very lucky or maybe just conscious about that most of the people that I follow on tumblr are still commited Bellarke fans.

I mean, yes, I realized that every year there are less and less who keep posting Bellarke stuff during the hiatus, people are giving up on them, on the show and this topic keeps coming back on my dash. I think @sometimesrosy is our biggest warrior in this case, because she is regularly attacked by rude anons who are either not Bellarke fans or just loosing their fate in their ship. I just want to thank her that she ‘is still breathing’. You are our hero.

And for the rest of you - you know what you’ve signed up for. This is a long journey, full of ups and downs, full of crying, sobbing, waiting, but also smiling like an idiot when Bellamy and Clarke get to stay in the same room for two seconds. I can not repeat myself that because of that, the story, their personality and their connection this is the most special relationship in TV history. Romantic or non-romantic. And you get to be a part of this so just stop complaining and enjoy the show.

Until then I will leave you @teamhodgins‘s amazing video which is mostly focused on season 1. When you watch it, pay attention how they looked at each other from the very beginning and I hope that you will start to have faith again.

i have this problem as well. it's one of the reasons i don't get involved in the got fandom. you're not allowed to love them all. you have to love one and dismiss the others. no thank you.

You can even like Sansa and Dany even if they’re actively against each other in the show!! I understand where Sansa and Dany are coming from so I understand this friction between them. But people take it to goddamn heart like it’s some personal attack and someone’s spit on their ancestors grave. Hell, Cersei is also one of my faves even though she’s a villain. There’s a part of me that enjoys and understands her character and is rooting for her a little. So I really don’t get this whole “if your character is doing good or being praised it’s an attack on my favorite character”. I would say it’s something people mainly do with female characters but I’ve seen people do the same with marvel and Tony/Steve - even though I don’t care at all about marvel. That’s how loud the drama is lol. I understand that you can empathize and identify a lot with your favourite character and that might make any antagonism against them in fiction feel a bit like a personal attack (I’ve felt that myself at times) - but that’s where your sense of reason should come in so that u don’t make a fool of yourself.

Well, actually, you posting it on a public platform kind of makes it everyone’s business, especially when you never mention not wanting replies from other viewpoints. If you try to state something as fact, maybe you should be open to a little discussion, yeah?

um... so... i somehow ~just~ recognized your blog title and it is now making MY LIFE!!!

i JUST changed it like 20 minutes ago. 

It was “not your mama” since last summer when I changed my name from rosymamacita, because I was tired of people seeking validation from me like i was their mama. but i am, apparently, sometimes mama anyway because I can’t help it. 

And I’ve been feeling salty lately, so I just changed it to Sometimes Salty.
