Hellooo! It's been a while since I've done a pac and i miss it so much :(( i nagged my guides 35733566 times to do PACs but I wasn't given permission since it wasn't time to comeback but HERE I AM! this pac is all about you and how to love yourself more,hope you enjoy it!!

How it works : we have four piles here, first to your left is pile 1,2 , 3 , and 4! Take a deep breath/ you can ask your higher self to guide you and choose the pic you are drawn to. You might be drawn to more than one pile or none at all, if you don't feel drawn here then this pac isn't for you and it's okay💙
You are being asked to balance how much you give to yourself vs how much you give to others. Spirit was highlighting that we give our energy to ourselves and if we have more, if we have a remaining energy then we can extend it to others , not the other way around. Some of you give your all to people, helping them when they're going through their hard times so much that it's as if you're saying "no no sit down, I'll do the healing for you, I'll go through this dark time for you it's okay" and when it comes to yourself, you give yourself bread crumbs or none at all. Spirit gives you the image that you are to sit at your throne/energy space and if someone needs you,you stay there and you offer what you can ; say an advice or an outside perspective but you don't leave your inner home and run saving someone or helping them. Spirit also asks you to look within and talk to yourself or ask yourself questions : am i going out of my way to help people so much that I'm neglecting myself? Am i walking with an empty cup because i give it all to others? Am i doing okay and does my inner self or inner child need me? . When it comes to you, go out of your way, save yourself, give your all to yourself because the only one who is going to save you and the one who needs your tending the most is yourelf , you put yourself first , you are the priority. "We give so much only when we have given ourselves, when there's an overflow"
How to love yourself more :
Give yourself more credit! You have come soo far in your progress and your spirit guides are applauding you for it. Sometimes when we're stuck for a long time, if we're doing shadow work or dark night of the soul , when we finally come out of it we might not realize that and still see ourselves as stuck, still in need of more healing and learning. Thing is , yes, we never really stop learning and healing in life for life is a journey in itself, but you need to see how far you've come! We have the king of swords and beneath it is the king of cups : most of you have reached the stage of balancing the mind and the emotions, differentiating and distinguishing between both, almost mastering the mind and emotions for this phase of yours and it's something to be proud of (if you can't do that yet, it's okay, I'm proud of you) , but you've really made it to the end of the line or the tunnel or you will be
Another thing is not to fear heavy emotions and dark times. The kings in the minor arcana have gone through all the stages from Ace to king so they too had to go through the rough times, the anxiety and depression, the hopelessness and pain to finally get to the king stage. Spirit reminds you that life has ups and downs and that if you find yourself in a difficult pattern you've gone through before, don't take it in a way like " oh I'm here again. It's because i didn't do enough and im not strong enough, im going through a loop" no. It is more that when we heal a wound, we don't banish it or get rid of it, it just gets less heavy and we gain more control to not let it take over us
Ex. Depression and anxiety, shame and guilt , paranoia might not go away but you gain more control at calming yourself down, at ruling your thoughts and emotions , balancing and taming , accepting so you keep it flowing and not back firing. Next time you find yourself in the same situation, try to change your perspective and think " okay I've been here before. I was here and i overcame it so i can do it now , i can do it even if it comes to me many times because it's not new to me " . Remember what you've learned and apply it
Another message is the yin and yang energy. Spirit reminds you that all feelings are essential, and that the world feels comfortable in ' positive' emotions and feels threatened with ' negative ' ones and sees it as a sign of being weak . All phases in life are essential, depression and grief Is essential in certain situations. Accept it, sit with it, go through it and move on. Life is not one linear line, one might feel like "oh i know. Every time something good happens to me, something shitty follows" but most of the time it is just the flow of life , it's okay
Another reminder is you've made it. You're okay now. Sit and celebrate
Things you can try to love yourself more :
- buy yourself gifts and things you've wanted to get, treat yourself! Especially when you've done something good , celebrate yourself, it will make you feel more accomplished especially your inner child
- vacation, trip, a change of air
- water! Go to a beach, sit next to a river or lake , connect with the water energy
- if you feel like laying in bed, binge watching some show or playing a game, do it without shame. We need to chill sometimes and it's not being lazy
- if there's something you want to do but it feels daring , GO FOR IT! ex. Daring outfit, make up that makes you outstand , something ' crazy' or out of your comfort zone, go for it
Little things : air energy ( Gemini, aquarius, Libra) , blue , butterflies , bright colors , nature , metamorphosis, feeling good in your own skin / fashion

Badass. You guys definitely went through a situation where you were rejected and let down, be it a breakup, failed Friendship, fired from a job / not accepted into one, etc. But you were rejected, like you gave so much and tried so hard, You put a lot of hard work and still got rejected/ left/ abandoned/ fired and you're going through it. Now you guys are very strong, v e r y . I could spend hours talking about that that's why you don't even need any help, you have a lot of badass energy / girl boss, you just know how to move on and fight? Some of you are so confident and strong you don't even feel threatened, like very " okay come at me bro" energy. Like you've been through a lot of shit - this pile has seen darkness, has seen the worst of the worst in their lives, traumatic things but it only made them more experienced and more brave, they don't even feel threatened when painful things happen, they know how to pick themselves up. This pile is the friend that barges into your house, sees you sobbing over your ex who dumped you and eating ice cream and gives you that " ugh" look and then gives you a whole speech about how badass and confident you are , fixes you up, and drags you outside. This is the hype up friend , the one that roasts you and reminds you who tf you are and this pile is doing it with themselves right now. They're sitting with their pain and allowing themselves to grief but they're also keeping that confidence up , the "I'm a bad bitch afterall" monologue and i love them for it 😭 like hello I'm here to read you and give you advice and you just show absolute fabulousness? rude . If most of y'all reading this don't have at least one Leo and/ or Capricorn placement or prominent aspect in your chart or draconic then i know nothing about astrology

One thing i can say is to slow down with yourself. You guys have such fire energy in you, you're very passionate, ambitious, fast , so you might not like it when life slows you down but the universe is trying to teach you something, that going fast and slow are both essential. Sometimes we need to go with the flow and be slow, it's not stuckness, just the process. Even if you'll be a bit more earthy , resting you all need it
OH I FORGOT. Y'all. The universe wants to remind you of universal justice , karma exists and it sure doesn't play . When someone hurts you , the universe knows how to hit them with the karma even if its not the same pain they caused you, but what goes around, comes around .
You don't need to plot for the universe or hold grudges or stoop to the person's level, because you're better than that and the universe knows how to restore justice + you're definitely backed up by a strong spiritual team so don't worryyy

You're the pile that has almost mastered the physical and is struggling with the inward/ shadow work. You're the opposite of pile 1, you're really good with self care, in tune with the physical body, with expressing yourself outwardly , pampering yourself and making yourself feel good. This area is good and it doesn't need any changing, but the problem is there's so much inward you don't see. Your mental health is not okay, the heart space is heavy and cluttered, there's a lot of unprocessed emotions, unprocessed pain, there's a lot in the unconscious and subconscious that you're not dealing with, and going about it using outward tools is making it worse, it's causing suppression and escapism which is making you more drained. Might be mindlessly scrolling/ watching a movie/ going out to calm the feeling down when the root needs to be looked at
How can you love yourself more:
Sometimes self - love can be caring for yourself enough that you dive into the pain you're afraid to face, it's loving yourself enough that you do the shadow work, face the turmoil/ painful incident. Self - care can also be being tough enough to face the dark side, do the painful healing, accept the hard pills , face the reality, sit with the most painful emotions. Self - love sometimes can be defending yourself, fighting for yourself, overcoming the most heavy for yourself, breaking the patterns and cycles, examining what's going on deep down
What can help is to read or understand how the inward works . Examples :
- the difference between the conscious, unconscious, and subconscious
- retreating and doing some journaling, introspection, reflection
- examining the emotions you feel physically and what could be happening on the inside
You're really good at making yourself feel better, happy, joyous, doing fun things, feeling good again but this time its time to face what's beneath, to dive inside and discover the deeper layers within

There's something you're planning on starting. You're eyeing something , and you're pretty excited about it .
