Sonic and Blaze don't do a proper wedding, they just elope out of nowhere one night. Sonic is a spur of the moment ride or die kinda guy, doubt Sonaze were even engaged lol he just was like "ey, let's get married" out of the blue oneday after awhile of dating.
Of course, Blaze said yes. The ring isn't even a real ring, just a flower Sonic threw together. He's not one for jewelry and fancy shit and he knows Blaze likes it better that way.
