@songofages For me I do because it helps me track not only my fitness levels, but my sleep, my water intake, my food intake (though I do use the myfitnesspal app which is linked through my fitbit), and my heart rate (I have the fitbit charge 2) so whenever I go to my consultant/GP, I have all the information there in the app to show them to support whatever I’m saying to them.
My family all also have fitbits so it’s a little bonding thing for us doing the work week challenges and having a laugh with whose winning the week.
But then again its not for everyone so don’t feel pressured into spending x amount of money on one. You can get other apps like myfitnesspal or Samsung fitness that can track fitness, sleep (But you have to input it yourself), water intake and food. I hope that helps! 💜
