Since Lovecraft Country’s Jig-a-Bobo episode I have been listening to this rendition of I Put a Spell on You on repeat. SO GOOD. SO POWERFUL. SO SENSUAL.

'Unthinkable' by Alicia Keys but it's doomed yuri <3
Love getting my family's new generation into things that means so much to me.
We both know that you wanna love her Skies are open crying, please don't believe her 'Cause she'll tell you lies and then say it doesn't matter And you're pleased to see her calling them non-believers
Only hard part of it is, how hard I’ll hit this, when I knock it out of the park
Welcome back for third year! I’ve been neglecting my studyblr a little. The jump between first and second year took me a little by surprise - not least because I did well in first year and decided, foolishly, to rest on my laurels - and making up for a slightly poor first semester with an even better second year took up a lot of my time. But now, I’m back, and still using music for motivation. Need to study and don’t want to? Need to get up and go to uni and don’t want to? Blast some music. My choices include things like Go the Distance and Serious and Chip on my Shoulder
An obvious one is Starkid’s Gotta Get Back to Hogwarts.
Come on and teach us everything you know
The summer’s over and we’re itching to go
I’m also enjoying So Maternal, from Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Ignoring the fact that it’s about a false sense of competence, I really like the line Only hard part of it is, how hard I’ll hit this, when I knock it out of the park.
My final song for this year is SMASH’s Broadway, Here I Come. Is that a scream or a cheer? Well nevermind, I’ll never find out, ‘cause third year, I am here!
