WHO & WHAT IS FANG!?

With the release of Sonic Superstars, I know some of you need a good source on Fang info! I'm here to help.

But first, an oversight in Superstars

Superstars' Character Bio says Fang is a Jerboa, the fanbase says this too. HOWEVER, Fang is actually a Jerboa-Wolf Hybrid

Sonic Retro and the Superstars Bio (minus the species mislabeling in superstars) have a good description of his personality as a Bounty Hunter, Crook, and technically a hired assassin in His First Game (Sonic & Tails 2/Sonic Triple Trouble)

So, Where can you FIND Fang/Nack!?

GAMES (prior to Superstars):

Sonic & Tails 2 [JP]/Sonic Triple Trouble [EN] (1994, Aspect) [Game Gear]

Sonic Drift 2 (1995, Sega) [Game Gear]

Sonic the Fighters/Sonic Championship (1996, SEGA AM2) [Arcade]

Not counting Mania since that was simply an illusion of Fang and not the real Fang, this gives him 3 games from the span of '94-96. A side game platformer (much like superstars), a spinoff racing game, and a spinoff fighting game! He is also in the Archie & Fleetway comics and appears in IDW's Sonic 30th Anniversary Special.
