"... (K)atharsis can be considered, as not only just great music, but also as a ballad of songs by a woman, from a woman, to a woman. This departure from what is considered the norm is one of the reasons we chose to write on this project ... The word Catharsis by definition, is the process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions. The title was an intentional choice. A choice thats so obvious it could fly over anyones head. Considering her own personal journey throughout the pre-production stage, it is an extraordinarily pressing and driving motive for this projects entire conception. It is representative of KWANELE, the human being."
