The word Catharsis by definition, is the process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions. The title was an intentional choice. A choice thats so obvious it could fly over anyones head. Considering her own personal journey throughout the pre-production stage, it is an extraordinarily pressing and driving motive for this projects entire conception. It is representative of KWANELE, the human being."
