Sonjet Week 2025 Day 2: Movie Night 💙💚

“I sure did,” Jet answered, but his eyes remained resting warmly on Sonic’s face.
i’m so glad i had the time to get something together for this event!! sonjet was baby’s first otp, and it’s still my favorite sonic ship. life has been very busy for me lately and has no sign of letting up, so idk if i’ll be able to fill any of the other prompts this week, but i’m happy to have something to contribute nevertheless!!
when i was brainstorming this piece, i figured that sonic probably hasn’t seen many (or any?) movies, since he’s always so busy with his adventures and is rarely ever in one place for very long. conversely, jet spends a lot of his time on long airship rides, so he’s probably seen a lot of movies! i think the two of them have a lot of movie dates where jet shows sonic all of the most important (ie coolest) movies that sonic hasn’t seen yet. what could they be watching here?
