Now that IG has gotten it’s act together, I can finally post the latest collage for my current #WIP, #SONSOFSLAUGHTER! SOS is an emotionally violent YA Literary Thriller and I’m about halfway through #DraftTwo right now. This being my fourth finished novel, I’m finally starting to take joy in the editing process. It’s a lot of arduous, hard work, but it can be so fun! And the editing process is so integral to our development and growth as writers. • SOS is set in my hometown in the #PNW, where I lived for the first 16 years of my life. It’s probably my most racially diverse work to date, featuring protagonists who are Navajo and Latino respectively. As with all my novels, it confronts serious social issues like domestic violence and teen pregnancy. Because I don’t write easy-breezy fiction, apparently. Not that there’s anything wrong with it. 😊 • It’s not time yet, but I’m hoping that in the next 2-3 months I can make my beta call - maybe sooner! So, get ready. In the midst of celebrating #EBABT, let’s not forget my firstborn! #LoveandtheSeaandEverythinginBetween is an emotional YA Contemporary about a college student struggling with depression who meets the new girl.
