Bit behind with commission posts here, so I'll just drop them now one by one! First, Soom Bix arm on Ringdoll body. Added some extra texture to the body so it blends in better with the crab arm :)

Fun fact for rock peeps: The Korean #bjd company that made this guy is Soom (Soom means breath in Korean, so it’s about giving life to these visions), and they have been making several lines of dolls for many years. One of the lines is called the Super Gem, and for a long time all of the dolls in that line were named after gemstones, so this particular sculpt was called Bix. Now bixbite (red beryl) is named after Maynard Bixby since it was found on his Utah claim. So this Korean doll from 2008 is named after an American mineralogist born in 1853. For the sake of closing the circle, I'd love to make Pierce a piece of jewelry using bixbite, but it's so rare that it's about $4000 per carat, so a 5mm gemstone ring would cost five times more than the doll did! D:
Yeah, this used to be a doll account. ;_;
They're still here.
In the mood for Soom this evening. My Super Gem Bix and idrisfynn’s Mecha Angel Corvi circa 2010.
