it's actually been quite a bit since i've made a fic recs post ^_^;; so i will answer! general warning that i don't read fic often and when i do it's usually short one shots, so i'm probably not the best person for recs LOL

isn't this nice? by so-now-what (G, 1.2k, ao3) post-Larger Than Life fluff... really sweet and in-character. it's rare that i find dating era fics that i like, but i really like this one. it has just the right amount of introspection with the fluff :-)

the pink toothbrush by zayz (G, 800, ff.net) similar to the last, dating era fluff + introspection on house's part. not a whole lot of dialogue but i think the prose in this is very nice and references & characterization are great.

a cracked polystyrene man by whipsoutkeyboard (unrated, 1k, ao3) i'm 99% sure i've rec'd this before but i'm doing it again lol. now what? post-ep!! more angsty than the last two but soooo good. the dialogue feels veryyy in-character and it's quite a nice little deleted-scene exploration.

breakdown by pokeitlikejello (pg-13, 2.2k, lj) cuddy's car breaks down on her and house's way to a conference and they both share one regret, one fantasy, and one hope. very dialogue heavy but so in-character imo. i smile so wide when i read this one. also tackles cuddy's infertility a little which is always a point in my book!

that's kind of it!! sorry!!! i mostly read angst & character studies and i am Very Picky but i really Tried to find my shippiest recs LOL uhhh i will also take this moment to self-promote my own ao3 account because i do write a fair bit of huddy over there myself 🙂‍↕️
